Standard UK Delivery Service 3-4 working days
Standard postage and packing costs for UK delivery (except the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) is free of charge for all orders over £40.00 on the initial delivery and providing the goods are kept by the Customer and not returned.
Orders under £40.00 have a delivery fee charged at £3.95 and is non refundable.

* Please Note : Courier Delivery Service & Express Service to remote UK locations will take an extra working day. Remote locations include: Scottish Highlands & Islands, UK Off Shore Islands, Channel Islands, The Isle of Man & Northern Island.
Deliveries may be made by Royal Mail recorded delivery, Parcel Force, UPS, DPD or DHL Courier Services.
A signature will be required upon delivery to the billing & or shipping address. You may specify a safe “if out instruction” but this will be at your own risk should you decide to do so.
Payment of Goods & Shipping Addresses
Goods may only be dispatched or special ordered when payment has been received in full and the funds have cleared the secure payment gateways.

Goods may be shipped in the UK to a different address to the billing address
Overseas orders may be shipped to a UK Address providing the payment & shipping address has cleared all of the security checks.
Orders & Shipping Overseas
Orders may be placed from overseas to an overseas address, however shipping is chargeable. Please contact us on 01564 332 357 or email@example.com for an estimate of delivery charges. These must be paid in full prior to the goods being shipped overseas.
We reserve the right to decline to send goods where we consider the goods unlikely to make safe passage or the cost of delivery is prohibitive for your protection.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your order, we will supply free of charge replacements or a refund, as appropriate. Claims must be strictly made within 7 working days of receipt/loss. We may request the return of the goods within 28 days from delivery date to substantiate the claim. The claim may only be processed fully once the goods have been returned to mobility4life.
Whilst we check every item thoroughly prior to dispatch we may request photo’s to be sent to us, you can find our address on our Contact Us Page.
Refund Policy & Returns
You may cancel your order in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your goods providing the goods were purchased from our “in stock now” sections of the website, for a full refund of the purchase value excluding all post and packaging costs and provided the goods are returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in the original manufacturers packaging.
Please Note : Goods returned without the original manufacturers packaging cannot be accepted for a refund.
Important : Special Orders Returns Policy
Items purchased from the main catalogues that have to be special ordered as they are not a current stock item and shipped specifically by Mobility4Life directly from the Suppliers may not be returned. The Suppliers will not accept returns for Special Orders.
Returns and Refund Fees / Charges
A small fee of up to £25.00 is charged for unwanted purchases returned for a refund to cover administration and or despatch/delivery costs incurred by Mobility4Life in the first and last instance.
You will be notified in writing of the fee to be deducted from your refund, shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Should a shipment be returned to us due to the failure of delivery, then we reserve the right to make a charge for the reshipment of the goods.
